NEW NBHA POINTS RULE ADOPTED 2011 as stated in current NBHA Rulebook, Section C  #3: Divisions are determined by time brackets. The fastest time in the class will set the time for payback and District 00 points.  Whatever district or districts sanction the show their district members’ fastest time will set the time for their district points.  If sanctioned by more than one district each district’s fastest time will set their time for their district points.

Directions to the Manatee County Posse Arena do not MapQuest exactly but it's easy to get to:
The arena is located south of State Road 64 on Lena Road.   Coming from I-75 get off at the State Road 64 exit and head east...Lena Road is probably not more than a mile or so down on your right, at the light.   Coming up SR 64 from the east, take a left onto Lena Road.  After you get on Lena Road the arena is a mile or so down on your left.
MapQuest will get you to Lena Road but it doesn't recognize the street number.
